- It’s not rocket science, so there’s no reason not to start today. BUT! You’ve got a lot to learn to maximize your results. Just don’t take advice from anyone who disagrees with any of these 46 tips! They are silly.
- Find a good spotter and train negative reps! π«
- Negative reps allow your body to FEEL HUGE WEIGHT without being crushed at the end. The weight you usually do will now feel light.
- Donβt use gym machines! Always use free weights! ποΈββοΈ
- Machines are sweaty scams that don’t allow you to train for the real world! Use your primary AND secondary muscles to move free-weights only.
- Think of something to release your super strength! π₯
- Had a bad day? Good! Someone hurt your feelings? Good! Use it as workout fuel!
- Stretching doesnβt waste time! Minor injuries do! π€
- Don’t cut your workout in half because you feel tight! Absolutely don’t pull a muscle or you’ll be out for weeks!
- 4 plate deadlift, 3 plate squat, and 2 plate bench! π
- For the male pups, this is a great milestone to reach! You are officially strong! Don’t go past this though! Go be athletic and do something fun! Don’t be a gym rat forever…
- Make yummy protein smoothies post workout! πΉ
- If you can’t eat a steak or a huge burger immediately after your workout, protein smoothies are a great way to supplement. Smoothies are also great for a quick breakfast!
- Motivate your fellow pups and feel the energy! πΆ
- Try to pass the testosterone telepathically to whoever is lifting!
- Donβt waste time recording your workouts! β±οΈ
- Writing down your progress in a journal is silly. Focus and lift! Same goes for recording videos of everything! Recording to check form is a good idea though.
- Hydrate with water and salts BEFORE workouts! π§
- If you’re thirsty, you’ve lost the battle. Stay ahead of your thirst!
- Donβt forget about recovery! You need rest days! π΄
- Pay attention to your body! Better to over-train than to under-train though! Stretch, massage, sauna, ice…. do it all!
- You are not over-training! Consistency is key! π
- Don’t listen to unmotivated pups who tell you to just relax for a little… Keep going!
- Confuse your muscles! Do crazy new challenges! π€ͺ
- Muscles grow so that your body can survive new challenges! Keep adapting to harder challenges!

- Imagine signing a contract with yourself!
- Do a variety of ab exercises! Hanging leg raises! πββοΈ
- Abs work the hardest when hanging! Don’t just lay down on the mat and crunch for the whole workout!
- Train to be an athlete! Use your body! π
- Pick an awesome hobby that requires you to get in the best shape of your life!
- Use proper form! Donβt hurt your back! π
- Most issues can be fixed, but fixing a wrecked back is tough! Take care of yourself!

- I wish someone told me this before I did only bicep curls for the first 6 months of my fitness journey at age 15. Legs… then shoulders and back… then abs and chest… then arms.
- Take advice only from people healthier than you! π©ββοΈ
- In the beginning of your fitness journey, it may seem difficult to find the right trainer to take advice from… But look at how they live their lives, not just their muscles… And remember to stay natural! DO NOT take advice from anyone silly enough to get on the juice… unless you want to sacrifice your health to be a monster for a few years and then deflate like a balloon and look gross.
